Flow studies and the interface between Architecture and Mobility
We work on the spatial organization and management of people flow in different sectors:
- Culture: reception of the public and the visitor experience (Louis Vuitton Foundation, Cartier Foundation, Nouveau Grand Palais, Musée Memorial du Terrorisme);
- Public transport: access, parking & design of terminals for smooth management of passenger flows at the Beauvais airport;
- Health care: restructuring of the Hôtel-Dieu, rehabilitation and extension of the Gentilly polyclinic in Nancy;
- Various real estate projects such as university campuses (Agro Campus) and prisons (Loos Penitentiary Center).
Urban planning and the Transport-Land use-Environment interactions
Among others, we took part in the following projects: the development of the Bouliac site (Urban Community of Bordeaux, France), the development of the Riverside Wuchang business district (Wuhan, China) and the Grand Conakry Vision 2040 study (Guinea).
Urban mobility and transport organization
Yann Martineau was involved from 2008 to 2012 in the multimodal study and the Tisséo smtc (Toulouse) bus, tram and metro projects. ORYZHOM took part in the global and functional mobility study in a project territory within the Rhône-Alpes region. We also wrote the terms of reference for various mobility studies of the URBAYITI program in Port-au-Prince (Haiti).
Land use planning and development dynamics
Between 2010 and 2018, we acquired in-depth knowledge of Haiti and its realities (development strategy for the North / North-East, investment program of the Center-Artibonite loop, development and cadastre of the municipality of Camp Perrin, Grand Sud development plan).
Socio-economic and environmental assessments, mapping and calculation of various indicators
We took part in the development of the Rural Access Index by the Haitian Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communication (development of the methodology and training of engineers of the MTPTC) and in the mapping of administrative boundaries of 20 Haitian municipalities (CIAT).
